Nit Free Lice Infestation Removal System

Head lice is a very common problem, especially among children in pre-school and elementary grades. It is estimated that 1 in 10 children will have head lice at some point in their lives. Lice can be spread when children share hats, scarves, coats, etc. or when attending slumber parties and camps.

Until recently, cases of head lice were often treated with products containing dangerous pesticides, and great care had to be taken to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment. The Nit Free system uses a combination of naturally occurring enzymes to effectively remove head lice and their nits. The product contains no phenols or butyl (a flammable agent) and is safe for extended use. In addition, it does not induce resistance in treated pest populations, making it ideal for repeated applications.

The removal kit consists of a mousse which can be applied daily, and a tempered steel comb which can be boiled for sterilization purposes.
